- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years relevant electrical design / automation experience
- AutoCAD, Allen Bradley PLC, HMI Proficiency
- Ability to identify problems leveraging data-driven troubleshooting and implement solutions mechanically, electrically and programmatically
- Advanced work ethic, communication and problem-solving skills

What You Will Be Doing
As The Senior Controls Engineer, You Will:- Lead in hands-on electrical engineering design to advance equipment prototypes and machine assembly
- Innovate new ways of design and thinking for new equipment and directly implement electrical designs
- Spearhead customer conversations to review project plans, discuss integration information and support on system installation plans
- Design electrical schematics and develop PLC, Advanced Motion and HMI programs from the ground up for Allen Bradley Controllers
- Mentor and Consult younger engineers to help the growth of your team!
What You Need for this Position
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years relevant electrical design / automation experience
