Job Responsibilities:

Lead troubleshooting efforts for automated medical device assembly equipment
Design and implement PLC software, firmware, and hardware improvements
Collaborate with OEM engineers to resolve equipment issues
Optimize HMI, SCADA, MES, and vision inspection systems
Develop and execute preventive maintenance procedures
Train technical teams in advanced troubleshooting methods
Provide expert on-call support for system outages
Manage control systems and user access security
Participate in equipment commissioning and validation
Optimize PID tuning, RFID components, and serial communications
Work with Automation and Validation Engineers on software/firmware updates

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
7+ years of experience in high-volume industrial or manufacturing settings
Proficiency in Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs and HMI/GUI systems
Expertise in RSLogix5000, Logix Designer, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk SE, Ignition, and Cognex vision systems
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with factory LAN/WAN Ethernet networks and field bus systems

Salary: $110,000-$130,000
