As a Senior Contracts Manager at ARETUM, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contracts process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance to support the successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Program Management Office and other functions as required in the duties of contract negotiations, contract overview, and contract administration.
- Strong history of working closely with Program Managers and Program Finance support.
- Ensures compliance with all contractual policies and regulations, to include Federal Acquisition Regulations.
- Ensures that all contractual related matters are conducted through the appropriate channels in compliance with established policies and processes. Must be able to foster strong relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Works in a cross-functional fast paced environment while engaging with Senior Corporate Leadership, C-Level Executives, Program Managers, Sector Leads, and internal staff for contract management.
- Manages and monitors the performance of contracts and agreements for conformance to proposals and ensures that all terms and conditions are met. Must be able to analyse the impact of and obtain appropriate approvals for awards and modifications and revisions to contract terms, prepare recommendations, and risk reviews for management.
- Assists with Request for Equitable Adjustment (REA) and claims. Monitor and coordinate response to Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPAR) and leads contract closeouts.
- Coordinates with functional support areas to deliver CDRL data to customers.
- Participates in proposal support and preparation of Contracts Volumes, OCI Volumes, Cost Volumes, and reviews all solicitation documents for compliance and submission of proposals.
- Reviews, drafts, and negotiates pre and post award documents and agreements to include NDA’s, TA’s, MOUs, and other agreements to include commercial agreements.
- Solid negotiation and TA and Sub-K enforcement skills for workshare, deliverable and SLA interpretation for prime contracts for all Aretum entities.
- Will be an effective collaborator that is willing to accept ad hoc assignments and take ownership of projects and tasks as assigned.
- Assists with coordinating and preparing legal responses related to contracts.
- Assists with company contractual novation documentation, annual compliance procedures related to GSA Schedules, and GSA sales reporting.
- Assists with SAM Annual updates for all entities under Aretum.
- Will assist with all DCSA, DCAA, and DCMA audits and data calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, (or a related field)
- Active Secret or Top-Secret Clearance
- 10+ years of diversified experience and progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration and/or management. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must have extensive experience with compiling and submitting novation packages.
- Demonstrated negotiation and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and competing priorities.
- Experience in all aspects of contract and procurement regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise with Federal Acquisition Regulations and supplements.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
- Ability to manage workload and project objectives within designated constraints and timelines.
- Advance level skills for SharePoint including access management, maintaining SharePoint document repository.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Experience working directly with GSA Contracting (FEDSIM).
- Experience responding to DCMA audits
