About the Job
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are entered into the company ERP system.
Assist in the Inside Sales duties to the Sales Department.
Responds to all telephone and written purchase orders and contracts.
Interprets requirements and processes sales orders.
Maintains direct contact and interfaces with customers
Maintains contract files to ensure that pertinent documents are retained in active field through completion of all contractual obligations.
Monitors contract performance and provides status
Prepares correspondence transmits contract data and submittals and other customer required reports and documents.
Reviews interprets and negotiates terms and conditions in accordance with company acceptable provisions.
Performs administrative liaison between customer and intercompany department personnel; chairs contract reviews and supports customer audits.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous experience in contracts, sales
