Senior Contract Maintenance Professional - INTEL - TS/SCI with P with Security Clearance - Serco Inc.

Serco supports the US Government customer on a long-term contract providing broad expertise in DoD acquisition management, DoD contracting, or DoD contract management.
Our team provides business support and expertise to include tracking program status, monitoring cost, schedule, and contract performance.
You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer to deliver business expertise with an emphasis on contracts, finance, and customer service.
Our managers on this team are seasoned Serco personnel who are available and responsive to ensure your success! In this role, you will:
• Assist the Government in administering contracts.
• Draft modifications to contract documents such as TTOs, Award Fee Plans, and CDRLs.
• Track, analyze, and report contract costs.
• Monitor and report on contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and receipt of goods and services.
In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $109,087.51 to $177,266.91; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have:
• An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• U.S.
citizenship.
• Twelve (12) years of DoD, IC, or commercial experience in contract management or finance.
• A Bachelor's degree with a business focus.
• In lieu of a degree, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or CDFM certification or DAWIA Level I in both Contracting and Program Management plus an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted OR
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of seventeen (17) years may be substituted.
• Experience with award fee incentivized contracts.
• Experience writing Completion tasks.
• Experience in tracking of programs/project/contract status in areas of cost, schedule, and performance.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
Additional desired experience and skills:
• Experience using customer's financial management system and its interfaces (currently FACTS and CMIS).
