Job Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the deployment of the company's production system
Conduct Lean Six Sigma training and manage improvement projects
Develop and implement plant transformation roadmaps
Analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities
Drive digital innovation through advanced analytics and MES optimization
Execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives
Partner with departments to streamline processes and reduce waste
Lead value stream mapping exercises and implement future state designs
Develop measurement systems supporting lean manufacturing
Train teams on lean concepts and optimize floor layouts
Facilitate cross-functional initiatives to achieve operational excellence
Manage and support MES reporting across plants

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
Professional Project Manager Certification
Strong experience in project portfolio management and reporting (5+ years)
Proficiency in MES, SAP, and Power BI (including DAX and Power Automate)
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary: $100,000-140,000/ Year (dependent on experience)
