Job Location:
This is a hybrid position, with the requirement to work 2 days a week onsite in either Tysons or Roslyn, VA.
Clearance:
An active United States Secret Security Clearance is needed for this position.
Job Description:
In your position as Senior Consultant, you will support budget execution analytics. You will also track, monitor, and work with program offices to properly manage unliquidated obligations (ULO). You will support monthly, quarterly, and yearly ULO deobligations, certifications, and re-programming of funds. You will utilize reports and dashboards to identify trends, issues, and recommended process improvements. You will also support quarterly reports and briefings to upper management.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office 365, Excel 2016 and/or Power BI in handling data sets.
- Experience in using SharePoint to house large data files.
- Excellent financial data analysis and reconciliation skills.
- Flexible and team player in a fast-paced dynamic client office environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willing to learn new applications and processes.
