Senior Construction Project Manager - R. C. Stevens Construction Company

We are seeking a talented Construction Healthcare Project Executive to lead our local healthcare market. The ideal candidate will excel in client relationship management, project logistics, and demonstrate the discipline to work both independently and collaboratively. This role requires someone who can maintain and strengthen our existing client base while also securing new clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procure new sales leads and opportunities; meet annual company goals
• Manage operations on projects and lead project teams to achieve bottom-line results and growth
• Attend and be active in industry-related organizations
• Manage overall financial goals and profit maximization strategy for each project assignment in your market sector
• Assist in preparing competitive bids
• Report/present market information to company leadership
• Travel to job sites

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree required. Higher education in construction management, business management, other construction-based educational programs for commercial construction projects, or relevant discipline is preferred
• Professional designations desirable (AHCA, LEED, ASHE, CPM)
• At least 15 years of construction experience as a Project Manager or currently in a PX or Director role
• advanced proficiency (5+ yrs.) in Procore Project Management (or similar) software a plus. Proficiency in Sage Estimating, Sage Paperless Construction, Textura Payment Management software, DocuSign, Bluebeam, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel software with efficiency and accuracy expected
• Position requires full-time hours Monday-Friday with additional hours required as needed.
• The role requires the ability to travel, including taking commercial flights, for development opportunities, and visits to construction jobsites
• Drug-Free Workplace Program / Background Checks required
• A valid state driver’s license and driving history that meets company standards is required
