Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Managing the construction process in design/build industry
• Oversee own jobs with strong leadership skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• 10 years direct experience in industrial construction
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
• Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
• Must have experience with multi-million-dollar projects

Salary Range: $100-130K
