Senior Construction Project Manager - Alpine Solutions Group

Our client, a fast-growing Commercial General Contractor, is seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager to join their team ASAP to assist in the ground up construction of a school in Granada Hills, LA. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of complex construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects meet or exceed client expectations. Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience
• K-12 (DSA) experience required, preferably experience working with LAUSD
• Bachelors degree preferred -- in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Local to greater LA or Santa Fe Springs
• This person has to be currently a Sr. Project Manager (NOT open to Project Managers)
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets.
• Manage project costs and ensure profitability.
• Track and report on project financial performance.
