Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include:

7+ years of experience managing residential construction projects with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering; 10+ years of experience if without a degree
Proven expertise in high-end custom home projects, overseeing all aspects of planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
Proficiency with PlanGrid project management software and Microsoft Project for scheduling
Ability to lead and coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring top-quality, on-budget, and on-schedule project delivery
Skilled in client communication, progress updates, and project documentation
Strong negotiation abilities to maximize project buyout with external vendors
Problem-solving capabilities for effectively resolving on-site issues and conflicts
Approximately 70% office-based work, with 30% in-field presence required

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential up to $30,000!

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits, including health insurance (100% coverage for employees), a profit-sharing bonus, a 3% company match for a Simple IRA, and a weekly vehicle stipend of $100, plus mileage reimbursement for job-related travel.
