As Sr. Civil Project Manager with Dunaway ( ), you’ll manage/oversee/deliver on multiple projects independently in the K-12 education market sector working closely with skilled engineers. Under your management, you will ensure accuracy, timeliness, profitability of assigned projects, developing engineers & staff. You will also participate in business development efforts: client management, proposal preparation, execution of strategic and/or team sales plans.

• Proposal preparation/contract negotiations
  

• Responsible for multiple project financials (focus on K-12 construction), keeping projects on schedule/budget
  

• Frequent communication with clients
  

• Oversee technical staff, manage development & performance                                                         
  

• Assist in executing team strategic and/or sales plan
  

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree and/or combination of education and up to 9 years of civil experience to include:

• 6+ years of progressive civil engineering/PM experience  
  

• K-12 Education building strength & interest
  

• Project tasks management, financial analysis   
  

• Preparing contract fee estimates                                              
  

• Up to 2 year’s participation in business development  
  

• 2+ years as P.E. strongly desired
  

• Civil 3D, MicroStation, or discipline-specific software knowledge desired
