Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing design-build projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This position will also include providing leadership and oversight for our Project Management team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of design-build projects, from initial planning and conceptualization to final delivery and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively, proactively identifying solutions to overcome challenges and mitigate potential impacts.
• Monitor project progress and performance, conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee and provide regular reviews and oversight for Project
• Management team on all contracted projects
• Mentor and support project team members, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; Masters degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on design-build projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion, meeting or exceeding project goals and objectives
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve excellence in project delivery
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar applications
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus

Requirements

• 10 years experience in Construction Project Management
• Experience Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional organization and management skills
• Experience in both commercial and residential work is preferred
• Construction experience would be a bonus
