This is a hybrid opportunity open to candidates located anywhere from Massachusetts (MA) to Georgia (GA), offering flexibility and the chance to work both remotely and on-site as needed.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include:

5+ years of experience in contract or project administration, specifically within the Utilities/Heavy Civil or Horizontal Commercial Construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Coordinate with office and field staff to ensure comprehensive administrative oversight and project preparedness.
Complete all project paperwork including Government and Client documentation.
Ensure all projects meet client reporting requirements and manage client-related paperwork.
Draft and execute change orders to accommodate project adjustments.
Monitor project budgets, prepare accurate billing statements, and ensure projects align with budgets.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus potential.
