Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
5+ years of project management experience in commercial-industrial construction projects.
Strong leadership, organization, time-management, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam, and other construction-related technologies.
Manage owner, designer, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
Oversee safety programs and ensure adherence to site-specific safety protocols.
Conduct and lead project meetings while mentoring and training less experienced employees.

Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
