Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation for both residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial guidelines are met.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing leadership and support to project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance project opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Experience in Countertop/Surface Cladding and/or Millwork (Division 6) is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, identifying and solving problems before they adversely affect performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and Google Workspace.
