Pay: $142,000 - $157,000 per year

Job Description:

Senior Construction Project Manager- As SJEH continues to build and expand its physical campus a candidate with strong organizational and project management skills will enhance the in-house project team. The position will initially involve assisting the Director with basic project tasks as noted below with the hope that as both positions grow the PM can move into overseeing off-site projects supporting the major construction programs

New position which will involve:

• Understanding of and ability to review construction documentation.
• Meeting with outside construction personnel in the capacity of EHS owner’s rep.

Preferred experience:

• Familiarity in construction environment, 7-10 years preferred
• Field Project Management experience required
• Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of priorities and time management
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
• Healthcare experience as it relates to DOH, CON and compliance standards.
• Working knowledge of DOB

Preferred computer skills and competencies:

• Word and Excel
• Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar project management software
• CAD can be a plus but with the understanding that this tool will be utilized more for record keeping and that this is not primarily a design position.
