Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Heavy Civil Construction Estimator with at minimum 10+ years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects, including piers and dredging operations.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of estimating heavy civil projects involving concrete, structural work, bridges, etc
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements.
- Evaluate and quantify materials, labor, and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.
- Utilize estimating software, including HCSS, to create and maintain accurate estimates.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project conditions.
- Prepare and present bid proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
- 10+ years heavy civil estimating experience
- HeavyBid (HCSS) experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Marine Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of marine construction practices, including piers and dredging.
