Senior Construction Estimator - Centurion Selection

Centurion Selection are currently working with a leading multi-family developer operating in Atlanta Georgia, who are looking for a Senior Construction Estimator to head up the department in a hybrid capacity! (2 days remote)

Main Responsibilities will include:

· Prepare conventional bids and conceptual estimates to owners as assigned.

· Review and coordinate final pricing methodology.

· Review quantities, production rates, material quotes and totals for pricing.

· Assist in receiving and evaluating subcontractor and major material quotations.

· Manage a team of assistant estimators.

Key Competencies:

· B.A. or B.S.in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, or equivalent experience.

· 5+ years of experience in new construction estimating (ideally multi-family)

· Knowledge of estimating software such as Procore, engineering principles and construction principles.
