Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Engineer position include:

• Experience in Engineering disciplines such as Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical, especially in Construction.
• Ability to coordinate architectural design, engineering, and permitting for large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with reviewing architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Strong understanding of various trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) involved in cold storage construction.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Previous experience working with third-party general contractors, engineering firms, and various construction disciplines.
• Effective project management skills in overseeing frozen food storage facility development.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance, 4 weeks of vacation with rollover options, 401K with a 3% company contribution, and flexible work arrangements (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
