Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, hold a degree in accounting or finance, and preferably have prior experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of Sage Intacct is a valuable asset for this role.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop and maintain financial budgets and forecasts. Monitor variances and provide explanations and recommendations.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and collections.
- Payroll Processing: Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
- Audit Support: Coordinate and assist in annual financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost control measures.
- Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability analysis to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Sage Intacct: Utilize Sage Intacct software for financial data management and reporting (experience with Sage Intacct is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CPA or similar certification is a plus (not mandatory).
