Junior Construction Accountant / Accounts Payable
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our financial team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks related to construction projects, accounts payable, and expenses. Primary duties include:
The ideal candidate has 3+years of experience in construction/manufacturing accounting or accounts payable/receivable. Knowledge of GAAP accounting and familiarity with common software like QuickBooks, Excel, etc. is preferred. Strong organization skills with accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Junior Construction Accountant / Accounts Payable
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our financial team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks related to construction projects, accounts payable, and expenses. Primary duties include:
- Process, code, and verify invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, subcontractor payments, and other transactions
- Prepare customer invoices and track account receivables
- Review materials, labor, and other construction job costs and reconcile with invoices
- Match purchase orders to packing slips and invoices for approval
- Compile documentation and submit forms for sales tax purposes
- Track accounts payable aging and communicate with vendors on status
- Support month-end close process and financial audits
- Assist with report generation, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks
The ideal candidate has 3+years of experience in construction/manufacturing accounting or accounts payable/receivable.
