Job Title: Senior Configurator (Sapiens Policy Pro)

Work Location: Bloomington, IL (Hybrid - Onsite)

Required Experience: 10 – 12 Years

Technical Skills (Primary):

• Need Sapiens Configurator with strong experience on Policy Pro
• Should have worked across product Coverage configuration action configuration formulae configuration Interface Configuration
• Having 8-12 years of Software programming development experience who can work independently
• Well conversant with Microservices RestAPIs based integrations with Sapiens Policy Module
• Experience in fixing production defects in PolicyPro
• Should be well conversant with Sapiens Policy Pro data model and good knowledge in Oracle DB
• Good communication skills while interacting with all stakeholders
• Adherence to Application Maintenance and Development Documentation Best Practices
• Experience in conducting Design Code Reviews

Technical Skills (Secondary, nice to have not mandatory):

• Strong experience in Sapiens Policy pro Implementation project and or Large enhancements
• Familiar with Agile software development methodologies

Soft Skills:

• As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Insurance Domain Knowledge
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
• Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
