Position Overview: Account Servicing Administrative Assistant
Description & Duties:
The Senior Compliance Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for leading a team of compliance professionals and driving our compliance efforts. This role is instrumental in maintaining our Compliance Management System, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. The Senior Compliance Manager will develop, implement, and refine compliance-related policies, procedures, and controls, playing a key role in mitigating risks and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's Compliance Management System, including Vendor Management, Compliance Testing, Licensing & Insurance, Change Management, and Compliance Training functions.
- Lead, motivate, and engage the Compliance team to maximize effectiveness and drive compliance initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and maintain compliance-related policies, procedures, processes, and controls.
- Drive process improvement efforts within the Compliance department.
- Facilitate the implementation of effective compliance strategies to assess risks and strengthen our control environment.
- Provide subject matter expertise across various compliance and regulatory domains.
- Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer and Legal team on departmental initiatives and strategic company projects.
- Champion a culture of compliance that facilitates the identification and mitigation of emerging issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of experience in consumer financial services compliance.
- Experience managing a compliance team is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Pay Range: USD $90,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 per year
Working Conditions:
This role operates primarily in an office environment, with significant time spent sitting, typing, and communicating via telephone.
