Who We Are ...
SourceAmerica is searching for a Senior Compliance Manager to join its team. This position will be responsible for contributing to continually improving compliance practices related to SourceAmerica’s responsibilities as a Central Nonprofit Agency (CNA). The position will focus on actions to ensure long-term effectiveness, sustainability, and relevancy in support of AbilityOne Programs, including but not limited to Compliance Inspections/Assessments, NPA Qualifications, both initial and maintenance, NPA oversight and monitoring, NPA Corrective Actions, NPA technical assistance, and NPA capacity building related to Compliance initiatives and topics.
This position helps connect our network of over 575 Non-Profit agencies with federal procurement opportunities across the United States! Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) perform service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 36,000+ people with disabilities nationally .
Your Impact ...
As a Senior Compliance Manager, your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview.
- The position will interface with NPAs and SourceAmerica’s staff to analyze the effectiveness of processes and recommend, develop and implement new processes and systems. High engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be required to ensure systems support the business and stakeholder needs.
- Provide technical clarification of the AbilityOne Program standards and explanations of Compliance policies, procedures, and directives as related to the implementation of new systems.
- Review data to identify and analyze compliance trends.
- The position also serves as a key liaison with the Cooperative Agreement PMO, U.S. AbilityOne Commission, internally within SourceAmerica and other external stakeholders (i.e., Producing and Affiliated NPAs).
- Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise.
Salary Range
The salary for this position falls in a range between $110,000 - $120,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.
What You Must Have ...
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.
- 7 years relevant work experience as a compliance management analyst or a position with similar responsibilities; involving regulatory compliance policies/programs.
- Demonstrated ability to identify project risks and mitigations and identify, analyze, and articulate improvement opportunities.
- Relevant work experience required with corrective action processes, quality monitoring programs, and similar.
- Demonstrated ability to be a critical thinker, detail-oriented with program creation and monitoring system experience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Smartsheet, Dynamic View and Data Shuttle.
- Working knowledge of Project Management systems and techniques.

- Demonstrated knowledge, understanding or application of audit principles, concepts and practices related to statutory requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Federal contractor requirements and regulatory and quality systems is preferred
- Ability to utilize a high level of interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Must have excellent oral and written communication Must have the ability to handle confidential data
- Must be a critical thinker, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, able to oversee multiple tasks for several projects or base business deliverables, and effectively balance priorities
- Previous experience in regulated industry is required
- Knowledge of the following regulatory requirements is strongly preferred: Code of Federal Regulations, AbilityOne Program, FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, SCA, CDC Safety Precautions, Drug-free Workplace Act, and Contractor Code of Business Ethics & Conduct
- Experience conducting and/or supporting external audits (such as DOL, OSHA, or customer audits)
- Extensive knowledge of Smartsheet to support Corrective Action monitoring and continual improvement.
- We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes— experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.
Work Environment
Our organization offers both a hybrid work model—where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek—as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements and one’s proximity to one of our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC-area.
