Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Support hiring manager and departments on compensation
- Research and evaluate market data and trends to recommend areas of improvement to compensation programs
- Conduct analysis of current company job descriptions and pay
- Make recommendations for the creation of new job profiles where necessary
- Contribute to updating job descriptions when needed
- Review market salary survey data to determine benchmarks/market pay ranges for new and existing jobs
- Audit employee pay and recommend reviews when necessary
- Review and update internal guidelines and procedures in relation to pay
- Provide analytical support in the implementation of compensation projects and initiatives
- Approve job and pay change requests for assigned Business Groups
Requirements:
- BA in related field of study
- 5+ years compensation experience
- Experience with CompAnalyst and Oracle preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
- Well-versed in compensation best practices
