What's Required:
Experience/Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is required; Master's or professional compensation certification preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated competence in compensation administration. Experience must demonstrate knowledge and acceptance of Compensation practices and laws. Minimum of three (3) years experience with executive compensation programs preferred.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Excel and Access required.
- Working knowledge of legislation and legal decisions affecting compensation and human resources is desirable.
