About the Role:
This position requires the individual to have a permanent remote office based within a 4-hour drive or 2-hour flight to the Oxford Atlanta HQ, and the ability to travel as needed (approx. 10%).The Senior Compensation Analyst role is responsible for providing support in the design, implementation and administration of enterprise-wide compensation plans, programs, processes, and policies. The Senior Compensation Analyst will use technical expertise in contributing to the development of compensation strategy, project management, and process improvement to deliver innovative reward programs and solutions. This role will serve as a consultant to business partners and leaders on broad based compensation policies and procedures.
What you will do:
- Own the process of participation in third party compensation surveys to ensure our compensation levels remain competitive.
- Liaise with survey companies and act as the primary point of contact and relationship manager.
- Complete salary surveys by identifying position matches, gather applicable data of incumbents and enter data in survey response tool.
- Analyze survey results noting anomalies, outliers, areas of concern, and prepare suggested next step actions.
- Model salary range adjustments.
- Prepare and present recommendations to Director of Total Rewards and senior management
- Use compensation tools and judgement to level and benchmark jobs. Identify appropriate peer data and make hiring range and compensation recommendations. Ensure consistency in application of compensation philosophy and salary administration process.
- Act as primary administrator and oversee the Payfactors’ compensation tools for market pricing and the automated job description library for the enterprise. Train other HR team members across the enterprise to use the job description library and, as needed, the compensation tools. Manage access to the tool for the enterprise.
- Manage the Payfactors’ relationship for the enterprise.
- Manage, execute, and administer compensation programs and projects to support the enterprise’s business initiatives (e.g., market competitiveness, program and structure alignments, job architecture, system integrations, compensation guidelines, policies, pay equity, recognition).
- Act as a Compensation Administrator for the enterprise HCM (Workday).
- Develop and maintain job and salary structures, job profiles, incentive programs, currency exchange rates, etc. in Workday.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compensation reporting in Workday.
- Oversee the Workday set-up for annual compensation processes for merit and bonus.
- Perform regular audits of compensation data in Workday to ensure data integrity. Take action to ensure any incorrect information is corrected or investigated. Follow open data issues through to resolution and validate necessary corrections or updates are reflected in Workday.
- Support the Workday annual salary and wage review processes and annual bonus process for the enterprise.
- Working with OXM Finance, calculate accruals for bonuses and track performance indicators and update as needed throughout the year. Communicate any changes to Finance and provide a timely explanation of changes.
- Consult with leadership and human resource partners on compensation issues to analyze trends, develop solutions, and add new insight to drive sound compensation decisions.
- Contribute expertise to ensure overall alignment of compensation with business strategy and objectives; analyze compensation work streams and methodologies for effectiveness.
- Design and implement compensation tools and communications to support future initiatives and current state.
- Collaborate with HRIS and other HR team members to improve HR processes
- Develop a wide range of compensation analytics and identify ways to use data to diagnose and take programs from concept to implementation.
- Analyze effectiveness of existing compensation programs, policies, and procedures and recommend revisions and new programs consistent with best practices and enterprise objectives.
- Develop and deliver continuing education as it relates to compensation programs and initiatives.
- Research best practices in the fields of compensation, Total Rewards and other related fields.
- Participate in discussion and development of compensation strategies, philosophies, and policies.

Who we would like to meet:
- Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business, Finance, or closely related field, and/or equivalent and relevant professional work experience.
- Current PHR, SHRM-CP or CCP certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Generally, 4+ years of progressive experience in compensation.
- Experience as a Workday compensation administrator strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of, and experience with, compensation principles and concepts, compensation best practices, compensation analysis, administration and consulting, including market pricing, compensation plan/structure design, job evaluation and job leveling, and FLSA review.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, Equal Pay Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, minimum wage, overtime, and record keeping requirements.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with abilities to build pivot tables, create complex formulas including V-Lookup and conditional statements, and strong skills in other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
