The Senior Compensation Analyst is a strategic and analytical role responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role involves leading and supporting key compensation initiatives, including developing and maintaining a global job architecture, conducting market analyses, and ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices. The Senior Compensation Analyst will collaborate with HR, leadership, and external partners to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of compensation data to develop and implement a global job architecture and salary structure.
• Conduct job analyses, evaluations, and benchmarking to align roles with market data and internal frameworks.
• Drive the execution of compensation framework projects by tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and leadership, to ensure alignment with strategic goals and project milestones.
• Perform in-depth analysis of job descriptions and assign appropriate job levels and market benchmarks to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Support the annual merit increase cycle by preparing data, updating salary structures, and assisting with communication strategies.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for variable pay programs, including the Management Incentive Plan (MIP), by tracking performance metrics, calculating payouts, and ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct regular market pricing and benchmarking using compensation surveys, tools, and external data sources to maintain competitive pay practices.
• Respond to compensation-related inquiries from HR, managers, and executives, offering data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Maintain and enhance compensation systems and tools, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data for decision-making and reporting.
• Develop and generate reports to inform leadership on compensation trends, program effectiveness, and strategic recommendations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy in compensation administration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies in all compensation activities.
• Provide guidance on pay equity, internal consistency, and alignment with compensation philosophy and practices.
• Support audits and reporting requirements related to compensation programs and practices.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, job evaluation, and market benchmarking, preferably in a global or multi-location environment.
Required Competencies, Skills & Abilities:
• Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation, such as pay equity and FLSA.
• Proficiency in compensation tools and systems, including experience with HRIS and market pricing software (e.g., PayScale, Mercer, or Willis Towers Watson).
Travel Requirements (Requirement):
• Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or conferences, based on organizational needs.
Licensing or Certifications:
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
• Additional HR certifications such as PHR or SPHR are a plus.

Office Position Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
• Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.
• The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job. Visits to our manufacturing facility and suppliers’ facilities is required to monitor active projects and address design issues.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some work with physical computer and/or networking systems may be required to fulfill operational requirements.
