Senior Compensation Analyst - Ellaway Blues Consulting

Our client in the Energy industry, located Downtown, is seeking to add Senior Compensation Analyst to their team. The position functions as the subject matter expert in tactical compensation deliverables, analysis, and advice to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Functions:

• Perform market analysis to benchmark and evaluate company jobs through survey participation
• Provide compensation advice and recommendations to HR staff and management to ensure employee rewards is competitive
• Execute employee equity transactions, including grants, vests, cancellations and forfeitures
• Support management in the development and maintenance of job architectures and compensation structures
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required for executive leaders and HR initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and knowledge required
• 4+ years of compensation administration experience within a Human Resources department
• Prior experience with equity administration required
• MUST have O&G experience and Upstream is a major plus
• Experience working with Workday preferred

Compensation: $110-125K plus 15% bonus, LTI and great benefits with strong PTO package.

This is a hybrid work schedule where you can work from home Mondays and Friday, including an option to have a 9/80 schedule.
