Senior Compensation Analyst - CAROLINA PRG

Carolina PRG is partnering with a large organization to add a Senior Equity Compensation Analyst to their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Calculate and communicate executive compensation, including bonuses, RSUs, options, dividends, and dividend equivalents.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and materials for Board of Directors meetings.
• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and other key month-end close tasks.
• File insider ownership forms with the SEC and ensure compliance with NYSE reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with divisions to ensure accurate and timely payment of executive compensation packages.
• Provide guidance and support to the junior analysts.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
• PLUS to have stock compensation experience
• Bachelors of Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Attentional to detail
• Excellent communication skills
