Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain reporting systems to monitor the performance of service, parts, rental, and shop operations.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, cost drivers, and areas for improvement.
- Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for inventory management, cycle times, and deal success rates.
- Develop predictive models using data science tools to uncover actionable insights.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders in sales, finance, and operations.
- Enhance pricing strategies and refine processes to increase efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, operational strategy, or financial analysis.
- Skilled in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, or Datarails).
- Proficient in data science techniques and programming languages like Python.
- Capable of clearly communicating technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
