Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager position include:

• 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects including retail, religious, industrial, government/institutional, senior living, etc.
• Knowledge of Procore and/or MS Project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capacity to make decisive decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work 7am-3pm with additional hours as needed.
• Oversee the end-to-end construction project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to establish project expectations and provide regular updates.
• Ensure projects are completed to the satisfaction of clients and handed over efficiently.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
