This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of exciting design/build projects that are highly visible adding value to your career development. These could be small, medium and large projects. If you would enjoy being part of a Global Team interacting with colleagues globally, this will give you some global exposure, as well. + Serves as technical expert in field inspections ad audits, recognized as the 'go-to' expert internally and externally + Provides guiding direction for inspections on engagements. + Sets direction and goals for inspection and/or business line. + External spokesperson on technical project issues. + Leads the audit strategy for individual's area of expertise. + Key point of contact for engagements and member of AECOM senior leadership team. + Responsible for setting own project deadlines. + Provides on the job training to new employees. + Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties. + Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records. + Participates in punch lists, testing, and commissioning. + Tracks quality assurance progress. + Provides input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers. + Bridge and Highway Coating Inspection with the bridge painting, and steel repairs. **Qualifications** **Minimum requirements** + Highschool Diploma plus 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + Transit Experience **Preferred requirements** + NACE Coating Inspector Program (CIP) Level 2, Currently being administered by AMPP-Association for Materials and Performance. + SSPC – SSPC Protective Coatings Specialist (SSPC PCS) or Bridge Coating Inspector Program (BC2), Currently being administered by AMPP-Association for Materials and Performance. **Additional Information** Sponsorship is available for this role.
