Senior CNC Machinist - Milling - CMG Machining

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior CNC Machinist specializing in milling operations to join our team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in CNC machining, including setup, editing, and operation, with a strong willingness to further develop their setup and technical skills including programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and optimize CNC milling machines to meet exact specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T to produce and inspect precision parts.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining or quality issues during operations.
• Maintain high standards of quality, inspecting parts for precision tolerances.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and maximize productivity.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of CNC milling experience, including machine setup. Vertical mill experience required, horiztonal experience a plus. Completion of machining trade school program or jouorneyman a plus.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documentation.

• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, machining processes, and materials.

• Willingness to learn and grow advanced setup and technical skills.

• Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques. Able to conduct part inpections.
