Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications. This role ensures the optimal performance, reliability, and security of the JDE environment including applications and databases. The CNC Administrator collaborates with various IT teams, business units, and external vendors to implement and maintain JDE systems, ensuring they meet the organization's business requirements and technology standards.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Perform CNC functions for EnterpriseOne including software updates, package builds, ESU deployments and system maintenance. • Respond to and resolve database access and performance issues. Assist in management and administration of database, web applications, and systems.• Monitor and analyze system performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize application and database performance.• Perform regular system maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and system monitoring to ensure high availability and performance of the JDE environment.• Implement and manage security protocols, ensuring that access controls, authentication, and authorization are properly configured and maintained.• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JDE issues, working with other IT teams and external vendors as needed to resolve problems.• Manage multiple JDE environments (development, testing, and production), ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime during upgrades and migrations.• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the JDE infrastructure, configurations, processes, and procedures.• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other IT staff to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.• Design and implement redundant systems, policies, and procedures for disaster recovery and data archiving to ensure effective protection and integrity of data assets.• Provide support to IS staff for testing software changes and developing test data.• Establish and implement ‘best practices’ and policies for enterprise systems.• Implement sound backup and recovery procedures for critical data and develop a disaster recovery testing policy for the organization.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• 10+ years’ experience in JD Edwards CNC Administration including UXOne and AIS support.• 10+ years’ Oracle database experience with strong knowledge of 12.1 and 19c releases, OAS, OHS, and Weblogic• Experience with SQL, UNIX/Linux, and Windows operating systems• Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC certification) are a plus.• Experience with Orchestrator Studio, Monitor, and API development strategy and implementation• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.• Very strong oral and written communication skills.• Must demonstrate effective problem solving and critical thinking skills.• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:• On call availability as needed to support network operations.• Ability to lift computer hardware and supplies up to 40 pounds. • Flexibility to travel to supported facilities and training classes as required.Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
