The Senior Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) - Security with a specialization in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) technologies is a deep technical advisor supporting customers to deliver unique value by removing blockers to consumption within their given Solution Area. The CSA provides support delivery services as well as technical readiness. CSA services can be delivered either remotely or on-premises, and this role can include a mixture of short and long-term customer engagements.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

**Responsibilities**
+ Seeks opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by collaborating with multiple team members.
+ Identifies opportunities to articulate business value and grow customer/partner relationships in alignment with Customer Success business priorities and stakeholder management principles.
+ Provides and drives actionable feedback across groups about the customer/partner experience and competitor threats.
+ Modifies and delivers existing intellectual property (IP) or, where applicable, creates new content.
+ Seeks opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by collaborating with multiple team members.
**Qualifications**
Required/Minimum Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in Security information and event management (SIEM) and/or Security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) technologies (e.g. Sentinel).
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
+ OR related field AND 8+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
+ OR related field AND 10+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years technical sales experience.
+ 4+ years project management experience.
+ Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure).
+ At least 8 years of experience working with customers in any of the following: providing technical readiness and training, delivery of support services, on-premises and remote technical support, solution development, account management, technical requirements gathering, broad evangelism through events or related experience.
+ At least 6 years of security-related experience with any of the following security domain technologies:
+ Azure and Cloud Security Engineering
+ Azure Security?Infrastructure, Databases, Networking, Virtual Machines
+ Azure Secrets and Keys
+ Azure Identity
+ Troubleshooting of data?logging and audit, security monitoring
+ Azure Governance and?Compliance
+ Microsoft Defender for Identity
+ Azure Sentinel
+ Microsoft Client/Server Operating Systems Security, including related services (eg Certificate Authority, authentication/authorization mechanisms, encryption, health attestation)
+ Microsoft Security recommendation experience (eg Securing Privileged Access, Credential Theft Mitigations)
+ Azure Security Services (eg Azure Advanced Threat Protection, Azure Information Protection, Azure Security Center, Azure Log Analytics)
+ Security Threat Landscape experience including advanced attack vectors and tools (eg Pass the Hash, Golden Ticket, ransomware)
Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
