Job Description: | The Senior Clinical Projects Manager is responsible for managing initiatives under the Artificial Intelligence for Quality Improvement (AI/QI) program in the College of Medicine (COM) Quality and Patient Safety Initiative (QPSi). The Senior Clinical Projects Manager facilitates workflows and processes to optimize the QPSi’s efforts in organizing and synchronizing the development, implementation, and evaluation of multiple initiatives under the AI/QI program. This program offers a mechanism for working with interdisciplinary teams to translate AI-enhanced solutions into clinical improvements. Through these duties, the incumbent will contribute to the College of Medicine’s goal of advancing innovations to improve quality and patient safety, with a specific focus on the application of AI and advanced analytical tools. These responsibilities require collaborating with partners across the college, university, and health system. The position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about advancing quality and patient safety, engaging a community of healthcare providers, improving patient care outcomes and experience, and contributing to the translation and communication of often complex issues with various audiences. Expected Salary: | $95,000 - $104,000 annually |
Minimum Requirements: | Master’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience. |
