Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Clinic Operations Manager to lead and oversee the strategic planning and daily operations of multiple healthcare clinics. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong financial acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to drive results through collaboration with key stakeholders, including providers, regional operations directors, and medical leadership.
The Senior Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring clinics meet organizational goals, maintain optimal efficiency, and deliver excellent patient care. This role also plays a critical part in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy: Act as a key leader and advocate for InnovaCare’s mission, vision, and values while promoting an inclusive workplace culture.
Financial Oversight: Manage the financial performance and budget for multiple clinics, ensuring profitability and alignment with strategic objectives.
Operations Management: Oversee clinic administrators to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, process improvements, and adherence to organizational goals.
Data & Performance Management: Stay current on patient care outcomes, analyze key performance data, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
Goal Setting & Monitoring: Establish and monitor clinic goals, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. Coordinate and lead clinic meetings to ensure alignment with goals.
Healthcare Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, pharmaceutical representatives, specialists, hospitals, and other service providers to ensure continuity of care for patients.
Marketing & Public Relations: Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional plans for clinic services and community engagement initiatives. Represent the clinic at public and professional meetings, conferences, and healthcare events.
Patient Satisfaction & Feedback: Partner with clinic administrators to assess and enhance patient satisfaction. Collect, analyze, and share feedback with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure clinics comply with healthcare regulations, reimbursement standards, and internal quality guidelines.
Administrative Support: Provide support to clinic administrators, including coverage of clinic administrator responsibilities when needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Healthcare Administration: Deep understanding of healthcare administration principles, policies, and operational procedures.
Financial Expertise: Knowledge of fiscal management systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Human Resources: Experience with human resource management, staff development, and leadership of cross-functional teams.
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data, develop insights, and create comprehensive reports.
Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of government regulations and healthcare reimbursement standards.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Skilled in strategic thinking, decision-making, and solving complex problems in a healthcare environment.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient with healthcare management software, computer applications, and reporting systems.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with employees, senior leadership, patients, and community partners.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field (4 additional years of relevant work experience may substitute for the degree).
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare administration, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in healthcare system software, computer literacy, and advanced use of reporting tools.
Other Requirements: Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership Skills: Previous experience leading multiple clinics or healthcare facilities.
Education: Advanced degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
Physical & Mental Requirements
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push or pull objects with up to 100 pounds of force.
Ability to use fine motor skills to operate equipment or machinery.
Ability to drive and operate a vehicle, as occasional travel to clinics and meetings may be required.
Ability to analyze, comprehend, and apply instructions, both verbal and written.
Ability to use logical reasoning for problem-solving.
Occasional exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids.
