WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As a Sr. Client Services Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership, management, and communications to key agency accounts. You will help lead and mentor our team of Client Services Managers and you will report directly to the Managing Director. You’re as comfortable diving into Excel to improve the performance of a campaign as you are with taking a client out for dinner. You strive to build genuine, long-term relationships with clients and can identify opportunities for deepening the client relationship through innovation, the adoption of new advertising technologies, and use of broader agency services. KEY DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow a roster of key agency accounts with high customer lifetime value
- Lead and mentor our Client Services Managers on day-to-day client onboarding, campaign setup, management, optimization, reporting, and business development responsibilities
- Become an expert on the use and best practices of The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager & LinkedIn advertising platforms
- Work with project management on creating and refining internal processes through project management software to increase team output and efficiency
- Act as a trusted advisor to key agency accounts by leading campaign strategy and client-facing deliverables to maximize growth and lifetime value of accounts
- Offer insights and continual education to clients on data trends, optimizations performed, and strategic recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Work closely with your Trading team to identify ways to grow current accounts by retention, upsell & cross-sell tactics
- Development of customer success stories in the form of case studies and client testimonials
- Emerge as a brand ambassador through participation in the company blog and communication to clients and prospective customers via company social media channels
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field from a four-year university is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field from a four-year university is preferred
- 3+ years of online advertising experience required; 2+ years of client-facing experience
- Proven track record in agency-side Client Services, with deep experience in digital and programmatic media
- Proven track record of growing accounts by forging strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending optimal strategies
- Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms (preferred)
- Expertise in managing campaigns within Google Ads and integrating Google Analytics data to inform and report on campaign performance (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and skilled at collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Proven experience utilizing project management software and solutions – excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
