Your Role
As a Client Service Administrator, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional client service. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, support sophisticated financial planning initiatives, and contribute to our mission of helping families and businesses achieve their financial goals.
This role offers the chance to work closely with our Financial Advisors and play a pivotal part in coordinating client projects, managing operational efficiencies, and driving growth.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate Client Interactions
- Organize client meetings, prepare agendas, and support presentations and paperwork to deliver a polished client experience.
Client Account Oversight
- Monitor account activity, research, and resolve investment and insurance-related issues.
Investment Oversight: Verify accounts are traded into the accurate model and aid operation teams as needed; supervise incoming rollovers, other investment funding, and transfers to ensure that all applicable accounts moved
Streamline Onboarding
- Prepare and review new account paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Operational Support
- Assist with trading processes, transfers, rollovers, and aligning accounts with strategic models.
Tech-Driven Efficiency
- Leverage our advanced tech stack to enhance client service delivery.
Client Relationship Management
- Document key client milestones, achievements, and personal details to ensure personalized interactions.
Client Quarterly Reviews: Prepare and send all client quarterly performance reports
Compliance
- Apply and maintain compliance policies and procedures across products and services.
Team Collaboration
- Participate in firm initiatives, client events, product rollouts, and cross-functional projects as a representative of Clear Advice.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a client-first environment, values creativity, and is eager to grow with a forward-thinking independent advisory firm.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably with an RIA or Broker/Dealer.
3 -5 years’ experience with life insurance application processing, preliminary underwriting, and coordinating life insurance policy requirements with clients.
A strong understanding of investment account operations and client support.
Series 7 license
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiar with E-money, Wealthbox, Albridge, Schwab, Pershing, Fidelity and other financial industry technology platforms.
Adaptability and resourcefulness in handling changing demands or unexpected challenges.
A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Self-motivated and accountable.
