The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to our clients, maintaining and updating client information, and utilizing various software applications to improve our operational efficiency. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
2. Leverage your expertise in the Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and Charles Schwab Advisor Center to manage client accounts, track investments, and generate reports.
3. Review, maintain, and submit client information accurately and timely to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
4. Collaborate with various internal teams to develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing client relationships and driving business growth.
5. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and investment products to provide clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information.
6. Use your knowledge of finance and investments to guide clients in making informed decisions that align with their financial goals.
7. Handle client communications via email, phone, and in-person meetings professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client services role within the finance industry.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and Charles Schwab Advisor Center is a must.
4. Some experience in finance and a general knowledge of investments are essential.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
