As a Client Service Administrator, you can expect to:
- Think. We want your mind in the mix, to perceive, observe, reflect, decide, and act.
- Intake, screen, organize and process all that you are able, focus the advisor’s attention on the items that require her personal attention, and ensure that all activities are captured, scheduled and completed.
- Stay apprised of client meetings and ongoing activities, coordinate the advisor’s calendar, keeping up to date on the advisor’s priorities, projects, goals, and timelines.
- Develop and implement systems and processes, update and maintain CRM system.
- Be the face of the firm, one of the first people that clients see when they come into the office.
- Correspond and respond to client inquiries, document, and follow up.
- Process investment and insurance service requests, open accounts, place trades and money movements, if licensed.
- Provide support for marketing projects, coordinate client appreciation events, maintain practice marketing materials to compliance standards.
- Produce client deliverables in a timely, accurate, and informative manner.
- Continuously maintain client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances, connections, and interests.
- Provide planning and research support.
- Stay current on trends and regulations within the financial planning arena.
- Continually strive to do the right thing the right way.
Qualifications for this opportunity include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years of experience in an administrative role in the financial industry
- Series 7, Life, Health, and Annuities licenses are preferred but not required
- Must have good understanding of financial planning, investment advisory and insurance businesses
- Ability to perform under pressure and multitask
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

- Professionalism
- Strong computer skills: experience in creating outstanding documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience with eMoney and knowing Canva is a plus
