Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Civil Transportation Engineer position include:

Professional Engineering (PE) license or the ability to obtain after hire
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 8+ years’ experience with civil transportation design and roadway projects
Advanced project management experience leading complex projects
Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD and Bentley
Lead teams in designing transportation projects, including roadways, bike paths, and bridges
Engage with community members and stakeholders to communicate project goals
Develop, inspire, and mentor team members

Salary: $65,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
