What the Senior Civil Engineer Will Do:

• Forge and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of our operations.
• Actively seek and secure project opportunities, contributing to our firm's growth and market
• Lead teams in executing large-scale transportation projects, employing methods like Design-Build. Your projects will encompass highways, transit, railways, and civil site works.
• Promote a culture of respect and collaboration, focusing on individual professional development and fostering a positive team environment.
• Collaborate with group leaders to formulate and execute a growth strategy, including action plans and financial objectives.

Qualifications of the Senior Civil Engineer:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in transportation project management, emphasizing both preliminary and final design phases. Prior Design-Build project involvement is a plus.
• Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota or eligible for licensure within six months of employment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational, technical, and analytical abilities.
• Proven expertise in team leadership and staff development.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation/Geopak, or Open Roads Designer.
