HEPCO Inc. is looking for an Civil Engineer to join one of our prestigious clients in the Civil and landĀ development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete civil design calculations, modeling, and analysis
- Develop design drawings and contract specifications
- Prepare construction cost estimates and design narratives/engineering reports.
- Work with design team to complete multi-discipline design projects
- Supervises junior engineers and CAD technicians.
- Leads (plan, schedule, and coordinates) civil engineering design effort for assigned projects.
- Routinely interacts with organization leaders, clients, customers, officials, contractors, and others. Thus, leads project meetings and makes presentations.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
- New York Professional Engineer (PE)
- Thorough knowledge of current principles and practices of civil engineering
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Experience with the following is a plus:
- Storm water Management and Permitting
- Site Design, Parking Lots, Road Reconstruction
- Water Treatment Systems
- Water Supply, Distribution, and Storage
- Sanitary Sewer Collection and Storage
- Pumping Stations (Water, Sewer, & Storm)
- Steam Systems
- UST, AST & Fueling Systems
- Retaining Walls
- Ramps & Accessibility
- Pennsylvania Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus
- Experience with Autodesk SSA, HydroCAD, and/or EPANET is a plus.
- Will consider experienced EIT
