Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, focused on Campus recruitment, to join the firm as part of our Talent Acquisition team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. - Onsite role in the beautiful CORGAN downtown Dallas Global Headquarters
- Responsible for Intern Program, New Grad Program, Diversity scholarship program and on-site college ad-hoc visits
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience throughout all phases of the recruitment process, including providing timely status updates and answering questions
- Partner with internal clients to find, evaluate and select top talent for the firm
- Partner with the business to forecast campus hiring needs
- Partner with colleges to identify faculty relationships, student group relationships, and various other events to meet college hiring goals.
- Manage applicants in our applicant tracking database (iCIMS) including applicant sources, applicant data, and selection status, including dispositioning candidates
- Review recruiting survey data for new hires to look for opportunities to improve the candidate experience
- Work with Marketing on social media campaigns, e-mail blasts, and company web page to ensure our employer brand remains strong among college recruits
- Measure brand recognition and engagement on college campuses
- Measure KPIs, analyze metrics and consistently meet the agreed-upon targets
- 5+ years Campus program recruitment experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders on campus and conducting on campus events to develop candidate pool
- Knowledge and understating of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements
- Experience consulting and influencing peers, leaders, and business partners
- Experience delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience for internal and external candidates throughout hiring and onboarding process
- Experience recruiting for multiple job openings simultaneously
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Strong technical and business acumen; demonstrated ownership of recruiting metrics; generating, interpreting and communicating reporting data; superior applicant tracking and systems experience
- Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced culture
- Knowledge and understanding of recruiting Applicant Tracking System (ATS) systems, iCIMS preferred
