About the Job
OVERVIEW:
This role will partner with business and cross-functional stakeholders, and Regional & Global Sourcing partners to advance category strategies, enable NAR business priorities, and value deliverables.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead Category Management and Source to Pay processes, with focus on service excellence, supplier performance, risk management, and total value deliverables
Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams to progress project pipeline, advance category strategies, and on-going supplier management.
Lead budget and financial process for category scope
Identify market risks, opportunities and impact (total cost of ownership, cash flow)
Enable growth through internal and external connections
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree
Strong financial acumen: analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
Interpersonal Effectiveness: ability to collaborate, influence and motivate others. Build and maintain strong relationships up and across Supply Chain, ITQ, and Operating Units
Broad Perspective: has ability to "connect the dots " and utilize strategic thinking; demonstrates curiosity
Decision Making: learns where and how to get information. Asks for help when needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering preferred
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Sourcing, Buying, Engineering, Mfg., Manufacturing or Finance role
