Job Description:
This position requires advanced expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and a deep understanding of Workforce Administration processes, enabling them to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
The analyst will lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of enhancements while ensuring alignment with Client policies, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the WFA module in PeopleSoft HCM.
Analyze system functionality, configuration options, and delivered functionality to minimize customizations.
Perform root cause analysis of reported defects and implement resolutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development and system configurations.
Develop and execute detailed test plans, scripts, and scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to align priorities and ensure successful implementations.
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience with PeopleSoft HCM (v9.2) and in-depth knowledge of the Workforce Administration module.
Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, configuration, and testing activities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with IT Division or similar shared services environments.
Experience with WFA-related integrations in PeopleSoft HCM.
