SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST
Datum has an immediate opening for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst with familiarity with the Sustainment Planning, Execution & Reporting System (SPERS) and/or the CAM processes. Candidate will provide functional and/or technical knowledge to support the following tasks.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training . Provide SPERS end-user support formal or informal training at the system and subsystem levels to include but not limited to functional users' updates on system changes. Provide on-the-job functional training to mission panel leads (WPAFB OH)
Test. Participation in testing such as user acceptance testing. Write user stories for SPERS development.
User/System Support. Provide responses to SPERS user questions concerning SPERS access, process new user request forms, SPERS user reconciliation, and functional questions about SPERS.
Resolve Issues. Perform discussions with the sustainment contractor /system developers to assist in the user administrative functions regarding SPERS access account requests. Assist users with day-to-day
connectivity issues and evaluating/recommending revisions to user-oriented documentation pertaining to SPERS connectivity. Assist with Tier 2 ticket resolution.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Three (3) years of functional or technical experience with SPERS or comparable programs
- Working knowledge of AF logistics systems
- Agile trained and/or certifications
- Working knowledge of CAM processes (AMR, LRDP, POM, and Execution Plan)
TRAVEL:
- Travel may be required to other bases to support the SPERS mission; (i.e. testing)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Active U.S. citizenship and minimum current NAC is required prior to beginning work.
